A booking is made by completing the booking form with contact information and returning it along with your non refundable deposit of 50 to 105 Euros. The remaining balance can be paid in cash (Dirhams, USD, Euros or Pounds) to the driver upon pick up or prior to departure. A confirmation letter will be sent to you after receiving your booking form and deposit.
Cancellation Policy
The client may cancel the booking at any time provided that the cancellation is communicated to the company in writing.
We will try our best to alter your arrangements but we cannot guarantee availability, especially during the peak tourist seasons. Should an amendment by a client be requested within 6 weeks of the departure date, additional charges may occur which we will quote according to circumstances.
Cancellation by Morocco Authentic Sahara Tours:
The company reserves the right to cancel a tour under any circumstances, but will not cancel a tour less than 6 weeks before departure, except for unpredictable circumstances, low bookings or the client’s failure to pay the final balance. Unless the client fails to pay the final balance, the company will, upon cancellation, return all monies paid, except the non refundable deposit. No compensation will be paid to the client if cancellation is because of unpredictable circumstances or low bookings.
Complaints
If the client has a complaint about any of the tour arrangements, the client must bring it to the attention of the company immediately so that we may take necessary measures to rectify the situation. Failure to file a complaint at the time of the incident will affect the client’s ability to claim compensation from the company. Should the problem remain unsolved, a complaint must be made in writing to the company within a reasonable period of time, not more than 6 weeks after the completion of the tour.
